‘‘Since starting Online Coaching with Hayley, I have lost weight, been more happy with the way my body looks for the first time in a long time and finally managed to get into a routine of staying healthy through regular exercise and healthy eating. ‘‘I can do proper push ups again! It may sound trivial to some people but it’s amazing how being able to do such a common exercise properly can be so satisfying!
